- Bookings & Payments: Reserve now with no money down; full payment is due 24 hours before your tour. Prices in USD; taxes/fees may apply.
- Pricing & Guests: Clear kayaks seat 2 guests. Motorized clear boats carry up to 6 guests. Drone photoshoots offer solo, couples, family, and group packages.
- Activities & Time: Not all options fit shorter sessions (e.g., mangrove eco + sandbar + photoshoot in 1 hour).
- Cancellations (Guest): 24h+ = full refund; <24h or no-show = non-refundable.
- Cancellations (Operator): Unsafe weather or operational issues → reschedule or full refund (excludes third-party costs like taxis/transfers).
- Weather & Safety: Routes/locations may change for safety, tides, and wind. Guests must follow staff instructions.
- Liability: All water activities carry inherent risks; by booking you accept these. We are not liable except for proven negligence under TCI law.
- Law: Governed by the laws of the Turks & Caicos Islands.
📜 Terms & Conditions
1) Booking & Confirmation
- Reservations can be made online (Peek) or directly with our team.
- Bookings are confirmed once payment is processed; a confirmation email includes date, time, guests, and inclusions.
- Please review your confirmation and contact us immediately for corrections.
2) Cancellation & Weather Policy
- 24+ hours before your activity: Full refund.
- Within 24 hours / no-shows / late arrivals: Non-refundable. Tours start and end on schedule; late arrivals do not extend time.
- Unsafe weather or operational issues: We may reschedule or refund in full (excluding third-party costs such as taxis).
3) Payments & Chargebacks
- Payments are processed by PCI-compliant third-party providers; we do not store full card numbers.
- Chargebacks without contacting us first may be disputed using booking logs, waivers, and timestamped records.
- We may cancel suspicious or fraudulent bookings at our discretion.
4) Liability, Safety & Conduct
- Participation is voluntary and at your own risk; life jackets provided and may be required.
- Follow staff instructions at all times; intoxication or unsafe behavior may result in refusal of service without refund.
- Children under 3 are not permitted in non-motorized clear kayaks. Pregnant guests should consult a physician before participating.
5) Tours & Activities
- Non-Motorized Clear Kayak: 2 guests per kayak; guided tours or rentals (rentals recommended for confident paddlers only).
- Motorized Electric Clear Boat: Up to 6 guests per trip; no paddling required; ideal for families and accessibility.
- Drone Photoshoot: Stationary kayak with professional drone operator; subject to weather and airspace advisories.
- Wildlife: Sightings (turtles, rays, fish, birds) are common but never guaranteed.
6) Itinerary & Staff Discretion
- Routes, stops, and timing may be adjusted due to tides, wind, safety, conservation rules, and time management.
- Alternative locations may be provided when needed.
7) Guest Property
- Clear Wave is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items (phones, cameras, jewelry, etc.).
8) Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Turks & Caicos Islands.
