Clear Wave booking policy
Please review these details before booking. Your confirmation will include the meeting point, departure time and instructions for your selected experience.
Cancellations & changes
Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled activity for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows and missed departures are non-refundable. Contact us before the cancellation deadline if you need to change your booking; new dates depend on availability.
Arrival & late guests
Please arrive 30 minutes before your booked start time for check-in and the safety briefing. Clear boat group tours depart at the booked time. Other public tours allow a maximum 10-minute grace period. Late arrival reduces the time available on private tours; the scheduled end time does not change.
Weather & tide changes
Our captain or guide decides whether conditions are suitable. Light rain or normal winds do not automatically cancel a tour. If we cancel for unsafe weather or a mechanical issue, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. Tide conditions may require a departure-time adjustment; we will contact you if this happens.
Payment, ID & waivers
The cardholder must attend check-in with the physical card used for payment and matching government-issued photo ID; a clear photo of the ID is accepted. Digital wallets, tap-to-pay and photos of the payment card are not accepted for verification. Every participant must complete a waiver, including a parent or guardian’s waiver for minors.
Prices & transportation
No additional booking or processing fee is added at checkout. Activity rates are subject to 12% tax, a 10% holiday surcharge when applicable, and a 6% handling fee for kayak rentals. Car transportation from Leeward or Grace Bay can be arranged for $20 round trip per person. Transportation is separate; contact us for pickup quotes outside these areas.
Before heading to the dock
Follow the meeting details in your confirmation. There are no public restrooms at the launch, so please use the bathroom before arrival. Include every adult, child and infant in your booking. Contact us before reserving if anyone has specific boarding or mobility needs.
