These rules apply whether you book directly, through Peek, Tripadvisor, Viator, a hotel, a travel agent, or another booking partner.
Before arrival
Provide the correct guest count, ages, contact details, date, and activity selection.
Review your confirmation and contact us quickly if anything is wrong.
Tell us before booking if you have concerns about mobility, swimming, balance, pregnancy, medical needs, or body-size comfort.
Book the activity that matches your comfort level and group needs.
During the activity
Arrive on time and be ready for check-in, safety briefing, boarding, launch, or equipment release.
Follow crew instructions, posted rules, safety briefings, conservation rules, and local restrictions.
Do not abuse, threaten, insult, harass, or endanger staff, guides, captains, other guests, or the public.
Guests are responsible for phones, cameras, jewelry, sunglasses, towels, bags, and personal items.
Rentals and equipment
Rental guests must not damage, drag, scratch, overload, misuse, steal, or fail to return Clear Wave equipment.
Repair, cleaning, replacement, loss, late return, or missing-item charges may apply when equipment is not returned properly.
