Which activity should I choose if it is my first time?

Are Clear Wave activities good for families?
Yes. Our tours are family-friendly, but the best option depends on the ages, comfort level, mobility, and interests of your group. Families often choose the clear boat tour or motorized clear kayak tour for comfort, while active families enjoy the guided clear kayak and clear SUP mangrove tour.
Are your experiences private or shared?
It depends on the product. The signature clear boat has public and private options. Motorized clear kayak tours are usually booked by the boat for your group. Guided clear kayak and clear SUP tours may be shared or private depending on the booking option and availability.
Do I need to book in advance?

How do I book?
You can book online through the activity page or the Book Now page. You can also contact us by WhatsApp, text, phone, or email if you need help choosing the best option.
Can I message Clear Wave before booking?

What payment methods do you accept?
Online bookings are processed through our secure booking system. Accepted payment methods may include major debit and credit cards. If you need help with payment, contact us before your tour time.

Can I change my activity after booking?
Contact us as early as possible. Changes depend on availability, pricing, weather, tide, equipment, and how close it is to your activity time.

Cancellation, Weather & Arrival

Important details about arriving on time, rescheduling, and unsafe weather.

What is your cancellation policy?
Guests may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity time for a full refund under our standard policy. Late cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows do not qualify for refund or reschedule.
What happens if Clear Wave cancels because of weather?
If Clear Wave TCI cancels because conditions are unsafe, we will offer a reschedule based on availability or a refund according to the activity policy.
Do tours operate in light rain?
Sometimes. Light rain may not cancel a tour. However, high winds, rough seas, storms, lightning, poor visibility, or unsafe marine conditions may cause us to adjust, delay, reschedule, or cancel the activity.
Why can routes change?
Routes may change because of tide, wind, sea conditions, water clarity, guest safety, wildlife conditions, or captain/guide decisions. We adjust routes to give guests the safest and best possible experience.
How early should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time unless your confirmation says otherwise. This gives time for check-in, parking, waivers, safety instructions, and boarding.
What if I am late?
Tours depart on schedule. Late arrivals who miss boarding or check-in are treated as no-shows and do not qualify for a refund or reschedule.
What if I cannot find the meeting location?
Contact us as early as possible, preferably at least 45 minutes before your activity. Waiting until the tour time may not leave enough time to help you arrive before departure.
